He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Miller and Gloria Heaps Miller; and his sister Wendy Lea Miller Seyler. He is survived by: his daughters, Chelsa H. Miller of Lock Haven and Brittany M. Miller of Mill Hall; and his brother Bill "Butter" Miller of Lock Haven. He is also survived by three nieces; one great nephew; and one great niece.
