He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy D., Sr. and Minnie Kline Rupert. He is survived by: his son Christopher L. Rupert of Beech Creek; and his siblings, Linda Rupert of Beech Creek, Karen Leitch (Bill) of Beech Creek and Michael Rupert of Williamsport.
