She is survived by: her mother Janice Barnhart Fye of Lock Haven; her boyfriend Cliff Moore of Beech Creek; her children, Ryan Eisenhower (Staci) of Lock Haven and Sara Worden (Josh) of Howard; her brother Tim Fye (Crystal) of Mill Hall; her niece Shelby Folmar (Alex); her pet Mazie; her daughters, Shawn Miller (Jason) of Blanchard and Tara Longenberger of DuBoistown; and her grandchildren, Ashlyn, Maia, Paige and Hayden.
