It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Nihart (Beech Creek, Pennsylvania), born in Castanea, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 7, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Ralph Nihart; his siblings, Herold Nihart and Lillian Weaver; and his brother-in-law Alfred Weaver. He is survived by: his parent Ada Blush Nihart; his spouse Laurice D. Thorson; his children, Deborah S. Askins (Jesse) of Mill Hall, Kenneth A. Nihart (Gretchen) of Beech Creek, Pam C. Younkin (Terry) of Mill Hall and Denise A. Paras (James) of Lock Haven; his siblings, David Nihart (Elaine), Alfred Nihart (Geri) and Patricia Wetzel (Jack) of Lock Haven; his sister-in-law Jean Nihart of Lock Haven; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Logan, Heath, Benjamin, Jennifer, Troy, Cory, Kyrstie and Chelsea.
