It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Herr (Beech Creek, Pennsylvania), born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 26, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack M., Sr. and Dorothy Merrill Herr; and his brother-in-law James Settle. He is survived by: his significant other Brenda L. Andrus; his children, Jack M. Herr, III (Michelle) of Lykens, Colette Weaver of Lock Haven, Forrest Herr (Erin) of Bellefonte, Shannon Herr of Sherman Oaks, CA, Tracey Showers-Spangler (Jason) of Lock Haven and Brian Showers (Chris) of Mill Hall; his sister Karen Settle of Bellefonte; and his grandchildren, Trevor, Dawson, Mason Herr, Hunter (Kayla), Colton Weaver, Devon, Lainey Yarnell, Owen, Abby, Ella Herr, Zane Showers and Kelsey Spangler.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the American Cancer Society for pancreatic cancer research.
