It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Blackwell of Beech Creek, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 20, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond G. Blackwell and Florence A. Seitzer Blackwell; his wife Cecilia A. Falls; his son Frank W. Shope; and his sister Cindy Rae Powers (Dennis).
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Parker (Ted) of Beech Creek and Tina Yarnell (Lorin) of Woolrich; and his sister Diann Lynn Serlin-Blackwell of Harrisburg. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
