He was predeceased by: his parents, David H. Cox and Eva Lytle Cox; his wife Betty Schrack; his son Michael Cox; his siblings, Walter Cox and Zula Reish; and his grandson Brian Cox.
He is survived by: his son Gary D. Cox (Diane) of Beech Creek; and his sister Deborah Stoner (Danny) of Camp Hill. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and 8 great, great grandchildren.
