It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen H. Herstine of Bedminster, Pennsylvania, born in Walnutport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 6, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy Herstine, Jr.; her parents, Willard S. Eckert and Lillian I. Eckert (Schoenly); her siblings, Emanuel Eckert (Bonnie), Mary Ellen Hager (Herbert), Jean Eckert, Janice Myers (Gerald) and Willard Eckert, Jr.; and her brothers-in-law, Donald Bolig, Craig Petticoffer and Lester Gruver.
She is survived by: her children, Janet E. Rogers (Douglas) of Perkasie, Carol A. Herstine of Sellersville, PA, Kenneth R. Herstine (Sandra) of Ottsville, PA and Nancy H. Leatherman (R. Galen) of Bedminster, PA; her grandchildren, Matthew Rogers (Nicole), Sarah Garchinsky (Ryan), Scott Herstine, Karen Carwithen (William), Ryan Herstine, Kelly Leatherman, Marie Leatherman and Greg Leatherman (Heather); her great grandchildren, Chase, Madison, Emery, Cassidy, Riley and Liana; and her siblings, Sterling Eckert (Carolyn) of Quakertown, PA, John Eckert (Sandra) of Gravett, AR, Kathryn Bolig of Perkasie, Janet Gruver of Telford, PA and Susan Petticoffer of Perkasie.
