He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Proulx and Jacqueline Proulx; and his brother Claude Proulx. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Proulx; his children, Jacqueline Colwell (Bradley), Kevin Proulx (Dominique) and Benjamin Proulx (Paige); his grandchildren, Bella, Jackson, Gavin, Lincoln and Harper; his siblings, Rachelle Setzler, Mario Proulx (Mary) and Jacques Proulx; and his sister-in-law Gail Proulx.
In lieu of flowers, Hubert's family requests everyone to "Pay It Forward" or perform a random act of kindness.
