He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Fowler and Marjory Fowler (Whittet); and his brother David Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth J. Fowler (Frost); his children, Kathy Weiss (Mark), Elizabeth DeParvine (William) and Albert A. Fowler, Jr.; his sister Mary Halliday; and his grandchildren, George, Roger Fowler, Geoffrey Weiss, Hailey, Logan and Kaitlyn DeParvine. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Al's memory an be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
