It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Ford of Bedford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 20, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Blair and Lillie Rachel Ford (Whitfield); his former wife Jeanette Ford (Smith); his son Donald E. Ford (late Cyndee); and his siblings, James, Thomas, Walter, Frank, Nelson, John, Donald, Edward Ford, Marjorie Ford, Lillian Smith, Eleanor Wolfhope and Betty Ritchey.
He is survived by: his wife Sara Grubb Ford; his sons, John K. Ford (Dixie) of Bedford and William D. Ford (Janice) of Bedford; his stepchildren, Curtis Grubb (Jane) of Bedford, Cary Grubb (Molly) of Schellsburg, Joyce Mock (Thomas) of Bedford, Janis "Fran" Hillegass (Michael) of Schellsburg and Charlene Fisher (Chuck) of Bedford; his grandchildren, Julie Lee Dowd, William Dean Ford Jr., Amy Lynn Ford, Stacy Ann Ford, Daniel Allen Ford, Boden Beau Ford and Kyler Donald Ford; and his stepgrandchildren, Chad Hillegass, Mandy Shroyer, Troy Grubb, Corey Wertz and Jay Charles Grubb. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and eight step-great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Those in attendance are asked to observe the recommendations pertaining to wearing masks and social distancing.
