He is survived by: his sons, Toney B. Parsons II and Ronald S. Parsons; his grandsons, Beau T. Parsons and Jesse C. Parsons; his siblings, Bonnie Robinette, Rhonda Parsons, Harry Parsons and Patrick Parsons; and his close friend Tracie Wishard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
