He was predeceased by: his father Henry Mazzaferro. He is survived by: his mother Jackie Mazzaferro (Webb) of Bedford; his sons, Henry Mazzaffero (Alicia), Benjamin J. Mazzaferro (Ashley), Joshua F. Mazzaferro and Thomas Mazzaferro II (Dana); and his brother Timothy Mazzaferro. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
