He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. Colvin (Rose); his daughters, Catherine E. Udy of Stephens City, VA and Sherry R. Kendall (Paul) of Bedford; his siblings, Dick Colvin of Schellsburg and Linda Lou Colvin of Schellsburg; his grandchildren, John Robert, Madison, Jacqueline, Sophia Udy, Emily, Riley and Zoe Kendall; and his great grandchild Grayson.
