She was predeceased by: her parent Arthur J. Bowser. She is survived by: her parent Dorothy M. Bowser (Clark); and her spouses, Ruth Bowser (Hengst) of Osterburg, PA and Barry Winger of Sharpsville, PA.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
