She was predeceased by: her parents, William Amick and Minerva Helen Amick (Cuppett); her husband Daniel G. Pensyl; and her children, Pamela Pensyl, Danette Thomas and William Pensyl.
She is survived by: her children, Martha Plummer (Jim) of Ruckersville, VA, Trina Golubosky (Lindsey) of Bedford and Sherman Pensyl of Bedford. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
