He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Rush and Phyllis Rush (Hoffman); his wife Susan J. Rush (Homler); and his brother James Rush. He is survived by: his children, Tonya Clark (Barry) of Bedford, PA, Jeff Rush of Everett, PA, Samuel Rush, Jr. (Christina) of Everett, PA and Bradley Rush (Linda) of Everett, PA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
