He is survived by: his wife Peggy J. Hoagland (Defibaugh); his children, Debra Lee Hoagland of Sebring, FL and Brian J. Hoagland of Bedford; his stepsons, Richard Cecil (Noreen) of Bedford and Darren Cecil of Everett; his stepgrandchildren, Crystal, Engelica, Devin, Noah, Gavin Cecil, Garrett, Kenneth and Erika Cooke; and his stepgreat-grandchild Amari.
