It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rubiefern Tavel (Bedford, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 26, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Gary" Tavel Sr.; her siblings, Lynne Richards and Richard Bailey; her daughter Cindy Michalski; and her granddaughter Kaitlyn Tavel.
She is survived by: her daughter Janet Talbot (late Gary Talbot Sr.); her grandchildren, Gary Talbot Jr., Shannon Talbot and Matthew Talbot; her great grandchild Collin Scott; her children, Charles (Lynn Tavel Jr), Cheryl (Wally Sally) of Walkersville, MD and Tori Sue; her close friend Diane Tavel of Wappingers Falls, NY; her son David Tavel of Deltona, FL; her grandchildren, Jayme, Jeff Fletcher, Casey, Matt Greenstreet, Leila Sally and Lindsey Tavel; her great grandchildren, Maddie, Harper, Delaney, Wyatt and Braydin; and her brother John Bailey of Richmond, VA..
