He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster L. Judy and Mildred E. Judy (Wilson). He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy J. Stern (late William) of Winchester, VA and Shirley J. Judy of Bedford; his nephews, Charles William Stern (Marcie) of Winchester, VA, David Lee Stern (Rebecca) of Winchester, VA and Timothy Daniel Stern (Samantha) of Winchester, VA; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jennifer Swanson, Braden Stern, Sarah E. Stern, Carson Stern and Addalynne Stern.
