He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Burkhart of Painesville, OH, Lisa Frisch (Steven) of Truckee, CA and Mary Beth Olivier (Bryan) of Durham, NH; his grandchildren, Alison Burkhart, Andrea Burkhart, Jared Growden, Jonathan, Kyle, Seth Swindell, Christopher, Laura and Emily Olivier; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Christian, Loralie Growden, Cohen, Arvella and Griffin Reardon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
