It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard W. Seibert of Bedford, Pennsylvania, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on August 2, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel W. Seibert and Clarabelle Seibert (Graves); his wife Mary Lou Seibert (Carey); and his daughter Deborah L. Seibert. He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn M. Nave (Joe) of Bedford and Pamela G. Kagarise (Matthew) of Bedford. He is also survived by four grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
