He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Koontz (Coleman); his sons, Jeffrey W. Koontz of Boca Raton, FL and Brian R. Koontz (Molly) of Friends Cove; his stepchildren, Debra Blackstone (Samuel) of Hopewell, Karen Shaffer (Robert) of St. Clair Shores, MI, Susan Weaver (Allen Brown) of Everett, Shawn Weaver of Everett and Kevin Weaver (Kristi) of Everett; his grandchildren, Ashlan, Taylor, Alec, Brian Jr., Brad and Katie; his stepgrandchildren, Heather, Jerry, Lucas, Celeste, Jadyn, Samantha, Kolby, Gaige, Scott, Spencer, Liah, Kasey, Dalton, Madisyn, Hailee and Kaelyn; and his brothers, N. Edward Koontz (Ann) of Bedford and Gary Koontz (Cyndie) of Bedford.
