She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix E. Scitticatt-Foore and E. Leone Scitticatt-Foore (Foor); and her husband Robert James Kostick. She is survived by: her siblings, Emily J. Reed-Lewis (Foore), John D. Foore, Lynn Ritchey (Miles), Donna Adkins (Miles) and Trudy Payne (Miles); her cousin Henry L. Hitechew Sr. (Anna); and her caregivers, Deb, Sidney and Skylar. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
