She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles E. Hackman and Edith Hackman (March); her husband Richard "Jack" Hoover; her son James R. Mower Jr.; her granddaughter Heather Breidegam; her daughters, Nora L. Seyler (James) of West Lawn, Cynthia Farmer of Florida and Brenda A. Breidegam of Pottstown; and her sister Roseann Spayde (William) of Fleetwood. She was also cherished by 5 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
