He was predeceased by: his parents, John Homer and Clara Crist (Dibert); and his siblings, Kendall H., John H. Crist and Mildred Replogle.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Crist (Dishong); and his children, David K. Crist of Palmyra and Desiree K. Crist of Butler.
