He is survived by : his spouse Lamerle "Sue" Seibert (Mattox); his children, Starla J. Blank of Ocean City, MD, David E. Seibert (Rhonda) of Glen Burnie, MD and John E. Seibert of Pasadena, MD; and his grandchildren, Daniel (Carolyn), Rachel, Kelly and Tia (Ray). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bedford Methodist Church (132 E John St, Bedford, PA 15522). A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
