He is survived by: his spouse Lamerle "Sue" Seibert (Mattox); his children, Starla J. Blank of Ocean City, MD, David E. Seibert (Rhonda) of Glen Burnie, MD and John E. Seibert of Pasadena, MD; and his grandchildren, Daniel (Carolyn), Rachel, Kelly and Tia (Ray). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
