He was predeceased by: his parents, George N. Poraczky and Anna Poraczky (Hamilka); and his siblings, George Poraczky and Anna Marie Poraczky Nicholas. He is survived by: his children, Lindsey Poraczky, Philip Poraczky and Nicholas Poraczky; his grandchildren, Scarlet Poraczky, Alayia Poraczky and Aidden Kauffman; his sisters, Barbara Blechertas of York, PA and Mary Lou McGeary; his nephews, Matthew, Michael, Mark McGeary, David Blechertas and Christopher Poraczky; and his niece Melissa Poraczky.
