He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis J. and Doris Jean Phillips Jr. (Harclerode); his children, Kelley Phillips of Bedford and Brigetta Pieper of Springfield, IL; and his pet Sophie (Deb Suder) of Bedford. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren.
