With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Melvin Eugene Stahl of Bedford, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 22, 2024 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Stahl and Anna Stahl (Ferguson); and his siblings, Clyde D., Wayne B., Glenn E. Stahl, Beverly A. Stahl and Karen E. "Toots" Walter.
He is survived by: his wife Karoline "Carin" Diochon; his sons, Allen K. Stahl of Bedford and Brian E. Stahl (Cheryl Stahl) of Bedford; his grandchildren, Andrew A. and Katalin T. Stahl; and his sister Eileen Duey (Joe) of Altoona. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
