She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Amick and Katherine Amick (Eshelman); her husband John A. Wertz; and her brother Ron Amick. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas A. Wertz (Tammy) of Schellsburg and Timothy A. Wertz of Schellsburg; her grandchildren, Brandy Ringler (Christian), Jessica Wertz (Barry Hillegass) and Jordan Wertz; and her sister Roberta Clouse (Ronald) of Cross Junction, VA..
