He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard C. Bush, Sr. and Della Bush (Bridenthal); and his siblings, Ronald E. Bush, Frank Bush, Howard Bush, Jr., Helen Ivins and Marian Turner.
He is survived by: his son Kenneth W. Bush Colonel (Chaplain); his wife Kathy Bush of Lanexa, VA; his children, Howard H. (Cathy) and Kimi M. Bush; his close friend Pat Greer of Bellefonte, PA; his granddaughters, Megan (Patrick Walk), Bethany (Derrick Van Leer), Amanda (James Roper), Susannah (Matthew Moore) and Leah (Daniel Moebs); his great grandchildren, Ezekiel Patrick Walk, Uriah Joseph Walk, Vienna Grace Van Leer, Marcus Norman Moebs and Richard Noel Moebs; and his siblings, Doris J and Harry H. Bush.
