With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Smouse of Bedford, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 24, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fox and Helen Berry Fox (Eldon); and her son Timothy Hershberger. She is survived by: her son Michael Hershberger (Daniel Mitchell III) of Washington, DC; her siblings, Linda Jacques of Indiatlantic, FL, Robert Berry (Kelly) of Harrisburg and William Berry (Kathy) of Gettysburg; and her close friend Harry Gardner of Bedford.
