He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Allen Benton Sr. and Dolores Elvira Benton (Feathers); and his sister Brenda Valet (Lisa A. Barnes). He is survived by: his son Andrew Benton (Katelynn) of Bedford; his grandchildren, Aubree and Blake; and his siblings, Carol Harr (George) of Claysburg and Brian Benton (Sheila) of Central City.
