He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Platt and Edna Platt (Gamble); his in-laws, Warren and Elda Lippincott; and his siblings, Leroy, Donnie, Larry, Ellen (Vasbinder), Georgiann (Emerson) and Becky (Knipple).
He is survived by: his wife Juanita (Lippincott); his children, Kecia (Chuck Grohotolski) of Lancaster, PA and Shannon (Meredith Morris) of Port St; his grandchildren, Ian, Kate Grohotolski, Caleb, Cooper and Elsie Platt; and his sister Penny (Neff). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
