He was predeceased by: his parents, Mose Hazelette and Ada Hazelette (Ritchey); and his siblings, Clyde, Olin, Bobby, Fred, Allene Schnably, Edna Schnably, Charlotte Davis, Flossie Stollings and Nancy Tiller.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda (Dent Mortimer) of Bedford and Sandy (Gary Fochtman) of Bedford; his sister Martha Fransen of Bellevue, NE.; his grandchildren, J. D. Mortimer (Tracey Smyers) of Bedford, Marty Mortimer (Angela Marble) of Rockford, MI., Sherry (Randy Rase) of Frostburg, MD. and Shelly; and his children, Karen, Gary and Don. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Since Covid I hadnt seen him very often but we used to go for breakfast every Sunday after church you will be missed by all.
