He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Stoffer and Thelma Stoffer. He is survived by: his wife Janet Stoffer (Telford); his children, Jeffrey Stoffer (Deirdre) and Julie Manley (George); his brothers, William Stoffer (Elaine) and Richard Stoffer (Jancy); his grandchildren, Natalie Stoffer Bigg (Wayne), Kyle Stoffer (Kassie), Ben, Miles Manley and Austen Bertrand; and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Garrett Bigg, Liam, Isabell and Maddox Stoffer. He is also survived by friends and family.
