He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin N. Preston Sr. and Matilda Marie Preston (Snyder); and his sisters, JoAnn and Pat. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn J. Preston (Whay); his children, Frederick Byron Preston Jr., Curtis Lane Preston, Kevin Maurice Preston and Byron Matthew Preston; and his siblings, Alvin Jr., Richard Preston (Dick) and Joyce Whay. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
