She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Othello and Nora Putt (Barnett); and her siblings, Dean, Gordon, Wayne Putt and Marlene Rice (Putt).
She is survived by: her sons, Rodney Grundy (Rebecca Murrell) and Thomas Grundy (Karen) of Virginia; her grandchildren, Heather Jamison, Paula Winn and Jeremiah Grundy; and her caregivers, Alma Nave and Faye Osterbind. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
