He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Frederick and Helen Frederick (Hammer). He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie (Helsel); his sons, David L. Frederick Jr. of Bedford and Randell L. Frederick of Everett; his sisters, Carol Frederick of Altoona and Paula Smith; and his grandchildren, Andrew and Ava.
