He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton L. Pensyl and Geraldine Pensyl (Benna); and his spouse Jackie Pensyl (Carson). He is survived by: his children, Charles S. Pensyl Jr. (Amy) of Bedford, Robin M. Hogenmiller (John) of Bedford and Vicki L. Clapper (Mike) of Bedford; his grandsons, Isaiah and Lance; and his sisters, Nancy J. Wright (late Melvin) of Bedford and JoAn Sleaster of Bedford.
