He is survived by: his children, Charles Jr. (Tina), Vernon (Debbi), Hazle Troutman of Bedford and Edward Troutman of Bedford; his sister Donna Ray; his grandchildren, Holly, Jenny, Jason, Jennifer, Matthew and Amanda; and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Taeshawn, Tailynn, Lizzy, Briar and Brynlee.
