He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Koontz Schaeffer; his daughters, Margaret Schaeffer (Cody Nave), Heather Clark (Steven) and Holly Foor (Jarred); his grandchildren, Brian Harr Jr. (Rachel), Kelli Daugherty (Douglas), Charles Harr, Curtis Smith (Kadence Miller) and Sydnie Smith (Denver Livengood); his great grandchild Summer Smith; his sister Lisa Schaeffer Miller (Brice) of Bordertown; and his cousin David A. Schaeffer (Gwen).
