He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl W. Kifer and Audra Kifer (Herron); his brother Gerald Keith Kifer; and his nephew Dion Hartsock. He is survived by: his wife Myong Kifer; his children, Carlton Kifer (Shannon) and Carisa Bowser (Brad); his grandchildren, Lillianna, Lincoln, Alexis, Morgan and Carlee; his great grandchild Delilah; his sisters, Dolores Howsare (Warren) and Grace Burl (Bernie); and his nephew Brian Howsare.
