He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Allen and Burtis Allen (Wright); and his brothers, Eugene, Robert and Major Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Andrea Allen (Lape); his sons, William Glenn Allen (Joni) and Rodney Ray Allen (Michelle); his granddaughters, Amanda Thomas, Katie Suiters (Scott) and Stephanie Allen; his great grandchildren, Jamaine, Mataya, Harper, Hayden and Harrison; his brothers, Jerry Allen and Wayne Allen of Bedford; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Gardner of Bedford.
