He is survived by: his mother Gisela Harr (Kaiser); his wife Cindy Manges Harr; his daughter Mindy (Michael Lowery) of Erie, PA; his grandchildren, Xander, Branden and Henry; his stepchildren, Caitlin and Caleb Way; his siblings, Barb (Rocky Rhodes), Michael (LeeAnn Harr) and Bonnie (Allan Hainsey); his nieces and nephews, Barry (Sisa Rhodes), Bobby (Jamie Rhodes), Niki (Ryan Fickes), Morgan, Wade Harr, Cody and Nicholas Hainsey; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Callan, Joey, Kylie and Emma.
