He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel E. Baker and Wilma Baker (Replogle); his friend Cove; his wife Eleanor Baker (Koontz); and his siblings, Mary Audrien Baker, John R. "Jack" Baker and Samuel E. Baker Jr..
He is survived by: his friends, Les and Mary Baker; his children, Kay Baker Smith of Indiana, PA, Sarah A. Garcia (Marcelino) of Everett, Jay A. Baker (Sarah) of Bedford, Charles Baker (Jonna) of McConnellsburg and Leslie A. Baker (Mary) of Bedford; his grandchildren, Erica, Stephanie, Amy, Alan, Joshua, Samuel, Eleanor, Renee, Lory, Michelle, Carrie and Zane; and also, David Smith and Rose Marie Dure (late Robert) of LaPorte, IN.. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
