It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard W. Rhoads (Bechtelsville, Pennsylvania), born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 30, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William W. Rhoads and Emma Rhoads (Schaeffer); his wife Marilyn Rhoads (Ried) of Upper Pottsgrove; his daughters, Rebecca of Upper Pottsgrove and Kristy of Bally; and his grandchildren, Richard and Kailyn. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to St. Andrew United Methodist Church or if anyone is so inclined, they may donate time, money or personal items to a veteran's center in memory of Richard.
