He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Twigg and Rose V. Twigg (Stiles); and his brother Bill Twigg. He is survived by: his spouse Carol Belin; his children, Lanette Potutschnig (Dan) of Reedsville and Brad Twigg (Donna) of Smokerun; his grandchildren, Nathan Ferrell, Janae, Sophie Potutschnig, Jaclyn and Sunny Twigg; and his siblings, Cathy Lebda and Roger Twigg.
