She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Woods and Sylvia Woods (Callahan); her son Daniel; her husband George; her son-in-law James A. Lee; and her sister Sylvia Burns.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Lee of Akron, OH, Donald of Beaverdale and Denise (Kevin Stigers) of Beaverdale; and her siblings, Patricia Stull of Florida and Elwood Woods of Florida. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
